2020 Keystone Outback

The owners did not deliver the trailer and instead had some family members do the deliver. The trailer was filthy and we had to go purchase cleaning supplies and spent over 2 hours cleaning the trailer. Trash had been left in the bathroom. The water was not hooked up correctly and leaking all over the camp ground. The TV's were not connected to the camp ground system. There were items on the trailer that did not work properly or were broken. The owners were suppose to meet us at 10:00AM to pick the trailer up and discuss our issues, by 10:30 they had not shown up so we left. Overall, not a good experience. This was my first and last time to rent from Outdoorsy. I'll stay in a hotel from now on.

Our family of five and 2 dogs really enjoyed our trip. Trailer was beautiful. Owners were friendly, very accommodating, and great to communicate with. This was our first trip RV camping and we booked in a primitive campground without power, that was our error and I wouldn’t recommend with this trailer unless you have a generator which the campground allows to be run, or you’re willing to totally camp without power. Also, I brought our dogs crate, but found out after there’s actually one under the master bed -which side note is so incredibly comfortable to sleep in! -the bed not the crate 😂. Lots of great storage available to keep things clean and put away during the trip. Nicely stocked kitchen with pans and utensils for cooking.

The overall experience was absolutely awesome! Cortney was beyond responsive to any and all questions and really helped to make the process seamless and enjoyable.

The Camper itself was great, we enjoyed it beyond belief. My only two comments would be that while it was clean and enjoyable, it could have been a little cleaners, mainly the floors. Second, Cortney may just want to update the description of what the renter needs to bring or maybe we read it incorrectly. There was a list of items such as plates, pans, soap, etc. we packed all of that to bring and were pleasantly surprised to find that the camper was pretty well stocked, even with a Kuerig! Again, while this was a great surprise, we would have packed a little lighter.

All-in-all, this was a awesome experience start to finish and Cortney helped to make that happen, we will absolutely be doing this again and cannot thank Cortney enough!

This was our first time renting an RV and Cortney made the process so easy. This camper is a absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations in person! The king sized bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on away from home. Everything was so clean and well stocked. We will definitely be renting this camper again!
