Please Reveiw "Recommendations" Before Booking This Camper FOR Pick UP.We bought this camper new Sept 2022, and it has been well maintained, clean and spacious for your whole family to enjoy. With eat-in kitchen, love seat sofa, full bath, bunkhouse room and king size bed in the master bedroom there is plenty of room for all. This unit has a large awning with LED lighting, split zone stereo w/ Bluetooth and outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, sink and griddle for your outdoor gathering needs. Perfect for those that enjoy the creature comforts while being out in the wilderness. We allow the 4 legged family members to come along too!What's includedOur camper comes with blankets, pillows, and a sheet set for the master bedroom.
We also include towels for showering, cooking utensils, cookware, plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, coffee maker and 4 slice toaster. If there are any special requests for items needed for your trip we do our best to accommodate so you can enjoy your stay without the worry.
**We also have a 28 gal Rhino portable tank for dumping black and grey water tanks, for those that are not staying at a full hook up site. **RecommendationsFor those that wish to haul yourself, we will take this on a case by case basis as we recommend the vehicle be rated for 10K tow capacity or more. We don't want our renters to be in an unsafe situation while towing this camper. This camper does have trailer brakes , and we will supply the weight distribution hitch w/ sway control when renting from us.
We are flexible on our delivery area, if you are unsure if your vehicle is capable of towing this camper. Other things to noteJust a reminder when booking campsites this camper requires a spot for 37ft plus and 30-50 APM electric hookup.

Great camper. Enough room for our family of 5 and dog. We loved the Rock Hollow Campsite outside of windrock Offroad park. They delivered, set up, came back the next day to fix an issue. Very responsive and highly recommend. Thanks for everything!
