What wiring does my tow vehicle need?

Your tow vehicle MUST be equipped with a 7-pin round connector and an electronic brake controller.

What type of hitch does my tow vehicle need?
A.
The hitch ball size is 2-5/16" and is recommended to be equipped with load bars and adjustable height. We have a hitch available that you may use, but ensuring it is properly leveled and safe for use with your tow vehicle is the renter's sole responsibility.
Q.
How do I know if my vehicle can tow this trailer?
A.
You need a tow vehicle capable of handling the combined load of the trailer (see photo of load data). This must also include your fresh water, your waste water, the passengers, and all your food, drink, and gear. It is important that you do not exceed the GVWR, tow rating, or payload capacity of your vehicle. Refer to your vehicle capabilities badge or contact a dealer for additional details.
