Kids love the bunk beds! Queen bed that closes off from the main area. Doors on each side of the bed makes it fell more spacious and easier to access (Great mattress, it was the first thing we upgraded on our trailer).40" ,12 Volt TV (Works without Hookups). TV can spin from the living space to the bedroom. Audio plays through the TV or stereo speakers, has a DVD player & Amazon Firestick. Plus wireless headphones if you want to watch a show while other are sleeping. Sound system includes outdoor speakers as well (upgraded to Kicker Speakers).Slide out dining area that converts to another bed. Sundance says this van sleeps 7-8. We say it comfortably sleeps 5-6. Smaller kids could double up on the bunks (they are slightly smaller than a twin).
Open kitchen space with a large farmhouse style sink. 3 burner cooktop and gas oven. Microwave, large refrigerator and pantry area. Also has an outdoor kitchen space with an additional refrigerator, two gas cooktops and sink. Propane hookups for grills/stoves.
Large bathroom with shower (small tub), vanity and toilet.
This trailer has also been upgraded with solar, Soft Start AC (allows for smaller generators to power the AC).
Tanks: 40 Gallon Fresh, 30 Gallon Grey, 30 Gallon Black.Due to family allergies, we do not allow pets in our RV. What's includedBedding is available upon request. This includes fitted & top sheet, blanket on the main queen. Fitter sheets on bunks plus blankets. Extra fitted sheet for the table bed.
4 camp chairs are stored in the storage area along with other camping essentials like leveling blocks, wheel chocks, hatchet and basic tools needed for set up.

Exactly as advertised. My partner and I took nearly a week-long trip exploring Eastern Utah in Ben's van. We were both campervan-virgins before this trip and now we're converts thinking about our next 4-wheeled adventure. The van was accommodating to us noobs and served its purpose with grace. The van is neither bare-bones nor a yacht on wheels -- it has everything you need plus a few creature-comforts that made life outside and on the road more enjoyable. It's intuitive to operate and easy to get comfortable with. Granted, my partner and I are "outdoorsy" and already comfortable outside / on the road, but I think even the most "indoorsy" people would have an enjoyable experience in this van.We were only 2 people, but it's definitely large enough to travel and sleep up to 4 adults. I'm 6ft and fit in the lower bed comfortably (since we were only 2, we swapped the upper bed for a storage shelf, but I imagine I would fit just fine up there too, albeit with a little less headroom). Note on the toilet -- the toilet is a cassette toilet and Ben includes a pop-up privacy tent if you want to take the toilet and your business outside.The kitchen area is cozy and has everything you need to heat up meals and/or prepare and cook your own meals. The stove is gas with 2 burners; we cooked using the stove at least twice a day for a week and didn't have any issues. If we could make one kitchen-related request it would be to include a chef-style knife; the only knife -- at least that we found -- was a small pairing knife, which got the job done, just slower than we would've been with a larger knife. Fridge capacity is tough to relate because different people will want/need different things when it comes to food, but for reference, the fridge had enough space for 6 days worth of food for us. There isn't a separate freezer, but you could theoretically set the fridge to below freezing and have it act as a freezer.In regards to the driving experience, it was pretty much seamless. My daily driver is a 14ft hatchback, but I didn't have much trouble feeling comfortable with the van; if you're less comfortable with larger vehicles then definitely take some time to feel confident driving the van and get a feel for it's dimensions because it feels bigger when you're driving it than when you're looking at it. No major mechanical problems. We had some trouble getting the van to recognize that the sliding door was closed, but perhaps we're just bad with doors; there is no external warning that door(s) are open other than an infrequent aperiodic flash of the ambers, which is easy to miss during daylight. It's pretty easy to think the doors are closed, walk away, go on a long hike, only to come back see the ambers flashing. Just be mindful is all. Lastly, I did accidentally engage the steering wheel lock without realizing, which might surprise/frustrate you if you're unfamiliar with getting out of steering wheel lock, so again, just be aware.Finally, Ben is a great host and person. He is responsive, understanding, and friendly. He cares about you, the van, and ensuring you have a great experience. Our original plans for this trip fell through and he was able to accommodate our close to last-minute reservation. The van was cleaned, sanitized, and fully prepared for our arrival. We're very satisfied customers that recommend this van as well as Ben -- if this van is available then book it.

This was my maiden voyage in a camper van. Ben was great. He patiently answered all my questions about all the great features the van had and how to use them (I’m a tech geek), was very flexible with my pick-up/drop-off schedule, and his description of van was dead on (in a good way). Van was perfect - clean, well designed layout, comfortable bed, and great sound system. The snow tires he put on we’re an added plus given the snow storm. I certainly recommend Ben and his van.

My experience with Ben was terrific. The van was spotless when I picked it up, Ben was super flexible about drop-off, and Ben even checked the weather in Wyoming and replaced the tires with snow tires on the heels of an unexpected snowstorm. The van handled like a dream throughout 1,000 miles of highway and mountain driving. Ben was also quick to respond when I had questions about the furnace and had no problem troubleshooting issues. The experience was seamless and enjoyable, and I would highly recommend renting this or another vehicle from Ben any day of the week and time of the year.

This van has everything you need. Bed was super comfy and kitchen was well equipped. We spent eight days in it traveling to the southern Utah national parks. Cooking breakfast by the trailhead after viewing the sunrise and evening dinners at the sunset viewpoints sold us on van life. Ben did a fantastic job communicating with us and teaching us how all the systems worked. We are so glad we rented this van!
