Fun and easy to drive while cruising around in comfort and style with seatbelts for up to 9 . If you can push a button, the generator, refrigerator, slide-out, stove, microwave, water heater, and water pump are easy-peasy. Manual awning, but that's easy too. You'll have our contact info just in case. Plenty of storage inside and out and 1(TV/DVR) in the Main room. Along with the 2 sleeping in the bedroom, the cab over sleeps 2, depending on size the jack-knife couch sleeps 2, and the dinette folds down for (depending on age/size) 2 more for a total of up to eight. We are looking for responsible renter(s) who will treat it as their own. No Smoking. No towing. We love our dog going with us and you can too, with a non-refundable $100.00 pet fee. (1 only/No cats) If there is any damage/accidents as a result of the pet, it will be subtracted from your deposit. If you do not identify a pet fee at time of reservation and it is obvious (due to dog hair, smell, damage, etc..) that a dog was in RV a $250 fee will be taken from your deposit. $75.00 preparation fee (Wash/Vacuum/Disinfect) this is NOT a clean up after you return fee. RV must be returned back as you received it clean or your will be charged an additional $75 to clean inside and $75 to clean outside from your deposit. All fuel and propane tanks will be full when picked-up and the renter is responsible for returning the RV with full gas and propane tanks. If propane tanks are not full upon return there will be a $20 charge plus fuel cost. If gas tank is not full upon return there will be a $20 charge plus fuel cost. If the Black and Gray tanks are not emptied you will be charged a $50.00 Dump Fee per tank from deposit. Comes stocked with kitchen utensils, can opener, pots, frying pan. On weekdays pick up time is no earlier than 3:30pm due to work schedule. Weekends we are flexible with pick up time. Drop offs time no later than 6:00pm. $25 per hour late fee after 6:00pm due to turnover and inspection in the dark.
