John was easy to deal with and he delivered the rig right when he said he would. The rig was perfect for our needs. My only quibble was with Outdoorsy and not John. Outdoorsy had put on his listing that there was unlimited use of a generator. We were camping in an open field for 5 days and to be without a gen would not have been pretty. But to John's credit he went home and brought a gen to us. He went above and beyond. 5 stars.
