This brand new family friendly travel trailer is the key to your next adventure! Coming in at 23 feet long and 4000lbs makes it compact and easy to tow. It comes equipped with just about everything you need to complete your stay and give you a comfortable and enjoyable weekend under the stars, at the beach, or wherever you choose to park. Sleeps 5 easily but potentially up to 8 if a couple of them are toddlers. Bunks are good size.What's includedSway hitch included. One slide out on drivers side. Queen size Murphy bed, dinette folds into full bed, two oversized twin bunk beds. Trailer has built-in indoor and outdoor speakers with Bluetooth, additional outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, built in bottle opener and griddle, 2 camping chairs, folding camping table, clean linens and blankets, pillows, single serve kuerig coffee maker, pots and pans, utensils and spatulas, plates bowls and cups, propane fire pit, camping towels, two dog beds, dog tie cables, card deck.RecommendationsBuckskin Mountain State Park is a favorite for our family! Dog friendly beach and clean waters for swimming.Page springs rv resort is just outside of Sedona with access to several wineries along page springs! Also close to grasshopper pointe watering hole. One of my favorite fall, winter or spring campgrounds.Other things to noteDrivers license verification is required through Outdoorsy, even if we are delivering. No exceptions as this is required for our trailer to be insured.You need to have a 7 prong plug on your vehicle for brakes and lights.No smoking inside the trailer.Leave no trace, pack it in and pack it out.Potty trained furry family members are welcome!Flexible pickup and drop off times if talked about in advance.Please empty the black and grey tank before returning the trailer. Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 fee
