Camarillo is a small city located in the county of Ventura. This is a unique part of the state that features rural and agricultural regions blended with sea and beach towns, combined with tourist and shopping sites, and punctuated with access to world-class theaters, restaurants and activities and events in Los Angeles, just an hour or so to the south.
Where to Park It
The Camarillo area is rich with places and sites to park the Camarillo rental RV, from state beach parks right on the coast to high mountain facilities in the outer area. This was truly a seamless and easy experience and really a wonderful way to be introduced to Outdoorsy. My experience with Adam and his spouse was all around pleasant and lovely and they went above and beyond to make sure I was knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of their RV and really took the time to ensure that the RV was set up well and balanced. As for the RV, what a really lovely unit! It was adorable inside, clean and so comfortable. You can see how much love they put into decorating and furnishing the RV and it truly is home away from home. I would definitely rent this again! I just regret that I didn’t take photos to share!

Had a fabulous trip with my pup Ash, all thanks to Patrick and Arthur lending their beautiful Guinevere campervan to us! We made it up to Oregon from LA, and back down thru Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, and the Sequoias without any major issues -- she was lovely to drive and the perfect companion to Ash and I on our journey. Patrick and Arthur were incredibly kind and easygoing with the entire rental process. Highly recommend for anyone looking to road trip with their furry friend.

My van broke down in the middle of the trip and I had to use the Outdoorsy Roadside assistance, it was such a good experience and we had support the whole way and Outdoorsy helped us to tow the van to an auto mechanic to get fixed.
