When we arrived, we found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The spot was clean that was assigned but it was hard to back into. It was somewhat narrow. We would probably visit again. We did hear a child screaming from our campsite which was very upsetting. She must have been playing at the pool. It lasted for about a half hour. We wish the staff would have told us more about the area. We had no idea stores were so close by until the day before we checked out.

The glamping cabin tents are very nice. We had number 90 and the view off the balcony was beautiful. Inside the cabin was clean, cute and spacious. The kitchenette had basic kitchen stuff like a cutting board, can opener, cast iron skillet, silverware, cups, wine cups, mugs, plates, bowls. Trash can, paper towels, sponge and soap. Coffee pods for the Keurig and sugar. Tea bags as well. The bathroom is spacious and fabulous. There’s two bbqs and picnic tables. The grounds are nice. The pool is not deep, 4’6ft I think. The fire pit is big, the kids club house could use a little update. The adult one is big. The 3yr old liked the playground. Lots of kids riding things around. Dogs and families. Some nights are loud last gen but never past midnight. It’s a 20min hike to the lake to a cute little cove. Kids and swim in the lake and swing and drop into the lake. A 5-10min walk down to boat rentals and the little shops. I had 3 kids (10, 10, 3) and I felt comfortable there. I would definitely come back.

My family and I have stayed here a number of times. Each time has been a little different as the spaces were different. Some are tight and some are spacious. Luckily the one time we had a really tight space, my sister had the spot next to us, so that made it okay. If it was anyone else, it would have been awkward. This time, we were right where we wanted to be so it was great. We were visited by a bear on our first day, came from behind our trailer and basically asked if we had any extra ribs to spare. It was awesome! The staff are very welcoming and attentive. If you need anything, stop anyone of the staff cruising around on the golf cart and they are more than willing to help with whatever it may be. We had a bent water spigot one of the visits and they came right back with tools and replaced it so we could hook up to the trailer. They offer a number of activities for the kids during the day. The pool is great and was just redone maybe 2 or 3 years ago and is wayyyy better. The pool furniture does not suck either. The community firepit each night is a nice way to meet your fellow campers as well. The lake, grocery store, pizza joint and a couple of bars are all nearby which is great. The Yosemite Sugar Pine Railroad is maybe 20 mins away and is a really cool experience for a train ride in the woods. All in all, this place is a great place to visit. We love it. My kids basically grew up here and as adults love it the same. We will be back for the umpteenth time and then some.
