Kate and Jason were great. Kate was very responsive when I messaged her. Answered all my questions, provided great instructions.
Her husband Jason is the one who dropped off and set up the RV for us. He was so kind showing us all the things we needed to know, and said we could text them with any questions.
Kate and Jason really thought of everything you would need. She really means show up and enjoy. I have a camping tote with all my kitchen things and gadgets and I didn't need one thing from it. The RV was very clean, comfy beds and pillows, extra blankets. I highly recommend renting from them and will be for future sites.

Renting Hugh JackVan van was a great experience from start to finish. The owners were friendly, responsive, and made the pickup and return process quick and easy. The van was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described, which made for a smooth and enjoyable trip. The bed is large and incredibly comfortable. I would definitely rent from them again - highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable adventure vehicle!
