Vicki was great to deal with she was very flexible with pickup and drop off times. the trailer was priced fair for all we got. she charged me a very reasonable fee for dropping off with the tanks full and not very well cleaned.
Loved the rv for my family road trip. Only thing was that the rv needed an extra TLC cleaning and organizing the clutter in the drawers. My wife spent about an hour doing so before our trip.
