Those looking to burn off some calories can choose between The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park, Soquel Demonstration State Forest, Almaden Quicksilver County Park, Henry W. Coe State Park, and Coyote Lake Harvey Bear Ranch State Park. Nisene Marks, Soquel, and Almaden all offer hiking and mountain biking trails, but Nisene has a few trails with a steeper grade; all have easy level trails, good for family hikes. Many establishments encourage customers to book reservations online and this is probably crucial to getting a seat, but the city has a wide range of options from very expensive to moderate and cheap cuisine. There are many things to see and do within the city. In the unlikely event that one gets tired of all the nature on display, a good way to wind down and work off that wonderful dinner is to take a walking tour of the city itself and appreciate the architecture and city lights.
