The Great Outdoors
Just a short drive outside of town and you'll find yourself in Mono Cliffs Provincial Park, a day use park only. The park is home to some of the best hikes in the area, as a simple mile and a half will take you to cliffs, caves and an incredible old canyon. Overall there is a 12.5-mile trail system that winds its way around the Niagara Escarpment, some of which is part of the larger Bruce Trail. Wooden boardwalks and stairways help to make this a very enjoyable walk with breath-taking vistas atop 131 feet tall cliffs.

With a waterfall nearby and miles of ATV trails, the park is also great for adventure lovers and those that are a fan of the great outdoors. All the 5 star reviews are warranted. Rented the van in the winter months and had some challenges due to extremely cold weather. Hans was there every step of the way. This was my first camper van experience and it was perfect. Loved that it was only 18’ - you can park it anywhere.
