Comfortably sleep 9-10 people in this 2022 Highland Ridge Mesa Ridge 388BHS, upgraded with a king size bed in the main bedroom.All Mesa Ridge full-profile floor plans boast a 100" wide body frame and extra high ceilings for a roomier feeling than your typical travel trailer, and the 4 slide outs makes this trailer feel extra spacious.Smart storage throughout, luxurious amenities, a 15,000-BTU A/C with quiet residential return air and heated, enclosed underbelly make the 2022 Mesa Ridge comfortable for families of all sizes in almost any weather or locale.The main bedroom in the front is upgraded with a comfortable king size bed and has its own entrance to the full bathroom. The living space features a double door stainless steel fridge, stove, microwave and a kitchen island with a sink. For hanging out, there is a cozy U-lounge with 2 pedestal tables that seat 5-7 people comfortably. The center section of the U-lounge opens up into a full size bed. In the back, the bunk house features 4 beds and a half bath. One of the lower beds in the bunk house can be converted into a dinette while the other one can double as a sofa.Outside, you will find a sweet outdoor kitchen with a fridge, sink, griddle and BBQ, as well as a hot water shower. The trailer is also equipped with a TV, color changing fireplace, 2 awnings, and bluetooth speakers for listening to music outside.What's includedPlease inquire about dishes, cookware, linens and any additional needs you might have, such as camping chairs, inflatable kayak, hammock, generator etc and we will do our best to accommodate.Other things to noteWe allow one (well-behaved, house trained) dog. Wonderful experience with Dan and family. Super communicative, kind, and explanatory. It was perfect for our wedding weekend in the woods with family. Our only negative was that the camper needed to be stocked with a few kitchen essentials like cutlery, coffee maker or drip filter?, and cups/plates. Other than that it was perfect. Thanks again!
