Working refrigerator, stove, AC unti/furnace and functioning toilet as wellTrailer gets sent with a full propane tank. Comes with various board games and bocce ball for down timeJust head to your site, lower the stabilizers, lift the jack and you are set!!!Pet friendly as well.
