5Where do I start..... it was amazing. I can't say enough good things about Enrico. He was available when we needed him. We had a small issue with the generator and he was on top of it. He actually didn't even need to drive the hour to come check it out, but he did. Came out first thing in the morning to make sure we were taken care of. Very helpful and always polite. We definitely will be renting from him again. The trailer was great for us and our needs. But we will be using the bigger one next time.

5We planned a last minute quick trip up to Payson with our 2 kids and dogs, and the guys at Kozy Camper Rentals were able to accommodate us and made the process super easy and stress-free. The trailer was great for what it is. There are a few things that could be upgraded or replaced, but that's to be expected with a trailer that is used regularly and isn't brand new. The solar was great and gave us enough power to use everything in the trailer without worrying about running out of power. We were careful to not leave lights on that we didn't need, but we used lights, cooked dinner in the oven using the propane oven and even used the outdoor lights and outdoor speakers for music in the evening. It would be nice if there were a few more things stocked in the trailer, but it shouldn't stop someone from renting it. The extra things, like chairs, table and hammock were nice to have, though. We would definitely rent from this company again, and the same trailer if it was available.

5I can't speak highly enough about Enrico and this camper. They have maintained it well and were fantastic to work with. I highly recommend anyone looking, to go no further than Enrico. How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Electric and Water should remain connected. When leaving your campsite, please turn off water to protect the trailer in case of any issues with water pressure may be present. Sewer hoses can remain connected but black and gray tanks should remain closed at all times unless dumping. Monitor tank levels throughout your trip to avoid costly repairs!

How does the solar onboard work and what does it power?
A.
The solar panels recharge the "house" battery. The house battery powers the igniter for fridge, lights, USB ports, power inverter for TV, radio, igniter for water heater, and trailer hitch and stabilizers.

What uses the propane and how long does it last?
A.
This Forest River T1860 Travel Trailer is equipped with 2 - 40 lb propane tanks. The propane can power the water heater, the fridge, stove, and heater. The water heater and fridge still require DC power (batteries and/or solar) to ignite. We've personally gone about 4-5 days using the propane without running out. However, use of the heater will use greater amounts of propane thus depleting the supply faster.
