Thanks for booking! Please review these guidelines to keep the trip smooth for you and the trailer road-ready for the next guest. Towing & Driving • Confirm your tow vehicle's hitch, wiring, and weight rating before pickup. • Check tire pressure and lug nuts before every departure. • Drive at a safe, reduced speed (65 mph max recommended) — no sudden lane changes or hard braking. • No off-roading beyond graded gravel/forest roads; this trailer isn't built for rock crawling or deep mud. Tanks & Utilities • Only RV-safe (biodegradable) toilet paper in the black tank. • Empty black/grey tanks at a designated dump station before return — a dumping fee applies if returned full. • Don't run the water heater or AC while towing. • Turn off propane during travel. Interior Care • No smoking or vaping inside the trailer. • No pets in trailer. • No shoes on cushions or bedding. • Secure loose items before towing to prevent shifting/damage. Campsite Etiquette • Level the trailer and use stabilizer jacks at every site. • Retract awning and raise steps before departure. • Follow campground quiet hours and fire regulations. • Leave the site cleaner than you found it. Damage & Reporting • Report any mechanical issues, leaks, or damage immediately via message — don't attempt DIY repairs. Return Condition • Return with black tank emptied, interior swept, and personal items removed. • Late returns incur a fee per the booking terms.
