Our experience was wonderful from the beginning to the end. This was our first RV-of-any-kind experience. Michelle and Sean's 15 or so YouTube videos of each camper van system were invaluable in making us feel comfortable that we could do this! They supplemented these tutorials with hands-on instruction when we picked up the van. We reviewed the the videos before the trip and referred to them from time to time during the trip. A detailed multi-page manual with photos was also provided. The campervan was well designed and nicely executed, and was as described in the listing. The campevan had all furnishings we needed (pots, bowls, cutlery, etc.) Michelle and Sean were flexible, responsive and communications were detailed and thorough. They were supportive, kind and interested in our trip. The check-out and check-in were easy. We enjoyed using the van, and getting to know Michelle and Sean.

This is our second time renting the Topo from Michelle. It was clean and clearly well taken care of. New sheets and bedding for us too! We travelled quite a bit with it and the van gave us no issues at all. It's perfect for our family of four.

Rules and policies
• Bed is oriented east/west (sideways) so is best for folks 6ft tall or less. BUT it can adapt to sleep north/south. Let us know before booking if you are tall! • No taking vehicle on 4x4 roads or beaches. Dirt/gravel roads are fine as long as they are not rutted or washboarded. This is NOT a 4-wheel drive vehicle NOR an all-wheel drive! Serious care must be taken on any road that is not paved. Tall vans require very smart choices to be made. You will be responsible for any and all damage. We don't want to keep you from all the trailheads! (some should be avoided though!) • Lock vehicle when you leave it alone. • Report any malfunctions immediately. (There should be none.) • Toilet must be emptied, cleaned, and wiped down before return. • Trash and recycling must be emptied. • Grey water tank must be emptied regularly. Keep an eye on it! • If you plan on using the heater you must make sure we go through the instructions for it together before you set out. The heater will stop working if the gas tank is below about 1/8 to protect you from running out of gas for driving.
