2022 Grand Design Imagine XLS
If you are new to the idea of camping, but don't want to pitch a tent and lay your head on the ground, then this like new, lightly used 2022 Grand Design Imagine 23BHE is the way to go! This home away from home features a queen size "master" bedroom, full size bunk beds (sleeps one each), and a dinette that converts to a twin size bed! It will comfortably accommodate 2- adults, 4 children, but may accommodate up to 5 adults. The exterior offers an outside cooking area equipped with a 2-burner cook station, onboard propane hookup directly to the trailer for convenient use! There is also a mini fridge which is ideal to store all your cooking needs while at camp! The outside shower is a temp controlled spray port for rinsing off after a dip in the ocean/lake/river, or move the hose to the rear port for assistance while cooking your favorite camp side cuisines!What's includedBed linens, bath towels, camping chairs, cooler, paper towels, toilet paper, dish rags and soap, ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, utensils, pots and pans, tubes for floating and relaxing on the lake, an opportunity to make lasting memories with friends and family!Weight Distribution hitch available as well.No generator available.RecommendationsState parks are perfect, as they are inexpensive and not as closely crowded as other campgrounds. KOA's are nice as they offer alot of family friendly things on site, but are a bit more pricey.Other things to notePlease respect this RV as it is used for owners personal use and for others, like yourself, to use as a get-a-way for making memories and relaxation!Pets are welcome, but MUST BE HOUSE BROKEN!

My wife and I and our two beautiful kids found camping in the thick of COVID to spend more time outdoors and less time cooped up in the house. We began our RVing days with a rental just like ours and a year later made to leap to purchase this RV for ourselves! We love it but find it hard to use it as much as we'd like with both of our kids being active in sports. We'd love for our RV to get used rather than sit tucked away in the driveway!

As a first-time RVer, I had some hiccups in the beginning. I now know I should make sure the rental is equipped for dry camping ( water and generator). Butch was very kind and helpful to help us get on track. Overall, we had a fabulous time and the RV experience was great once we worked out the kinks.

We couldn’t have asked for a better trip, as the first renters of this trailer. Butch, the host, was very easy to communicate with and made sure to be available for any questions we had along the way. He gave a really thorough walkthrough and overview prior to departure, and provided a quick guide and checklist for us which was extremely helpful. The trailer is perfect for a family and outside of food, they’ve got you covered with everything you would need (bedding, towels, pots/pans, dishes, cleaning supplies, etc). The Blackstone grill was great for grilling out on a summer night, and they even had seasonings on hand for our steaks. The trailer is clean and very organized, setting up new campers for success. I would highly recommend this trailer for anyone looking to get away for a bit.
