RV has just 70K miles. Engine is in great running condition. Engine battery is about 1 year old and the 2 compartment batteries are only 3 years old, well-maintained but rarely burdened.Kitchen has microwave/convection oven, gas stove top, and a gas oven. The queen bed has a very comfortable mattress. The couch pulls out to make a bed that will fit a 5' tall adult comfortably or 2 tiny kiddos snugly, which is why I only listed "3" people for accommodations. Central AC and heater works well.The dash AC is not working. Maybe a blown fuse and haven't had time to investigate. In hotter weather, will need to run central AC esp while driving and use a portable fan to direct cool air. All basic kitchenware are provided: pots, pans, utensils, dishes, silverware, paper towels, toaster, small vacuum, broom/dust pan. Fresh linens and towels provided.Comes w a 4.6 cu ft Compact Refrigerator (dorm type) that runs only on electricity instead of propane. The original propane frig that came with RV does not work. The water pump, which isn't used/needed when plugged into a campground's water and power, works well but is quite noisy. Thus, I cannot guarantee the functionality of the pump. This RV is excellent for camping at sites with electricity and water source. Dry camping is not recommended for now- you may do so at your own inconvenience.Please absolutely no smoking, Pets must be pre-authorized with non-refundable pet deposit. Violation of these terms will result in deduction from the security deposit in the amount it costs to return the RV to the condition at time of pick up. 100 free miles per rental day. Miles in excess are 35 cents/mile. 4 free hours of generator hours per rental day and $3/hour thereafter. Any wear and tear and housekeeping in excess of normal usage will be charged to renter accordingly.Discounts offered for extended rental dates with lower mileage usage. You will see my rates are a bargain compared to many others. I price this way since it's a relatively older RV although it is in great shape! I would expect you to care for the RV as it were your own.
