Glad to have found a rental on short notice since our other rental cancelled two days before our trip. The camper in the picture and description isn't the one that was there for us to pick up though the substitute one given was similar. Andrew answered all of our questions and made sure the awing was operational before we left.

Easy to schedule and pick up. The camper was clean but needs some TLC.

Upon arrival to pick up camper, no walk around outside to check for damages, no instructions, just asked have you ever rented before. No checklists, no papers to sign as Outdoorsy provides.
Exterior locks did not work.
Trailer plug was ground flat on one side due to it being dragged, made it difficult to plug in.
No garden hose for site water hook up.
Had to ask for an adapter plug, he did deliver that however.
Black and gray tanks were not emptied. Indicator lights on the tanks are not trustworthy, found that out upon arrival at our site.
Interior counters were not clean, some sticky substance on them.
Refrigerator had mold growing inside....and did not work, so that meant multiple trips to get ice, luckily we had an extra cooler!
Toilet was not cleaned and worst of all did not flush. We had to add water to it each time.
Bathroom was not cleaned due to the fact of unused tampons on the floor.
However the water heater did work! What a surprise!
Would NOT recommend this trailer!
