Required Set Up/Removal/Orientation Fee $300-
This unit is for set up and removal by the owner. This fee includes the unit being delivered/set up/orientation/removal provided by the owner . The owner will drive up to 75 miles to a site. Anything over 75 miles will cost $1.00 a mile. This unit will only be rented to a site that provides power hook up. The generator is not usable at this time.

If you smoke in the unit there will be a minimum fee of $500! This is a non- smoking unit!

Basic Cleaning-
You are required to leave the unit in the same condition as you received it. With the exception of the used linens. Those will be taken care of by the owner. There will be cleaning supplies furnished in the unit. In the event the unit is not properly cared for then there will be a cleaning fee applied. We will have a professional cleaning company provide an estimate. Maybe you do not want to hassle with cleaning on your vacation. Then we do offer a basic cleaning package of $75. If you chose to purchase the basic cleaning package then you are required to let us know so we can discuss the details.

Pets are Welcome!
There is a $20 pet fee per pet required. We understand that our pets are part of our family. The number of pets allowed will be based on the size, breed, etc. The pet fee does not cover unforeseen damage caused by the pet. Upon return if there is any damage we will assess the damages and charge accordingly.

For your convenience this unit comes Fully furnished! No Charge!
The unit comes fully furnished with basic necessities. Camp chairs, charcoal, toiletries, linens, kitchen ware, etc. You must provide your own food. The unit can not be rented unfurnished for less money.

This is nice if you like to sit outside, but do not want to be bothered by the pesky bugs or wandering eyes. Or in other instances you may want your privacy or to leave your coolers/wet cothes etc. outside and would feel safer if they were protected by an enclosure.
