2022 Primetime Tracer LE Ultra Lite
Brand new Ultra Lite RV ready to be used as you explore what Utah has to offer. Our RV is fully equipped with a large kitchen sink, 3 burner stove, large refrigerator/freezer. It also includes a Queen-sized bed with a 3/4 sized bunk bed as well. The Dinette can also change into a bed for extra sleeping room. It can comfortably sleep 5 adults or up to 8 people (2 adults/6 children). The bathroom has a full-sized shower and sink, so no more tight fit while using the restroom. Also comes with motion sensored lights as you enter the RV and bathroom.It is equipped with plenty of storage space inside and out so you will be able to travel comfortably. For those hot summer months, our RV is fully air conditioned so you can relax comfortably. It also has a heater for those cold mountain nights. It has a nice water heater that makes camping easier.For entertainment, it includes a bluetooth radio/speaker sound system that works both inside and outside. The awning easily folds out by the flip of a switch to offer much needed shade and comfort. RV is also equipped with a generator (for a small charge), so if you need to camp with no electricity hook-ups, we’ve got you covered! It also has 2 Propane gas tanks for water heater and stove. RV is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms for your safety.Included with the RV: Toilet paper, pans for cooking, water hose, camping chairs, S'mores, Fitted Sheets (bedding upon request at additional cost). We have included instructions and tips for those who are new to RV'ing and want to try without feeling overwhelmed. We will walk you through everything to make sure you feel comfortable and ready for your adventure.RV weighs 4,314 lbs (good size for a truck or large SUV). We want our renters to enjoy the RV to its fullest so we don't allow smoking or festivals. We also will only allow certain small pets such as cats and possibly dogs. Please inquire about which pets, as we are trying to keep our RV clean and in good condition for our family.
