There is a bedroom in the back with a RV queen sized bed with outlets on the nightstands at each side of the bed. Main coach area has bright kitchen, 2 comfy recliners, and a U-shaped dinette that converts into a bed (45"x74") for 2 small people or 1 adult. The kids' favorite feature is the over-the-cab bunk that sleeps 2 (57" x 95") and has a window and air duct for comfortable temperature control. They can enjoy an assortment of movies on the 32" TV and blu-ray player.The RV has 7 seat belts (2 in cab, 5 lap belts in coach). Accommodates one car seat (requires seat belt capability as there is no latch system) and has a ground anchor.Bed/Bath: We offer freshly washed bed linens, pillows, and towels for 6 but you can bring your own clean bedding for a $50 discount. $150 Prep/Cleaning fee for each rental. Covers deep cleaning and sanitizing of entire RV, clean and check appliances and included accessories, preparing clean linens, fill/prepare tanks, check/replenish engine fluids, etc.
We get it, camping can get messy but as much as possible, please return our RV in similar condition as you received it. This includes washing the dishes you used. Please cook foods with strong odors or foods that splatter a lot of grease outside. Spill something on the floor? Please wipe it up to prevent moisture damage. Excessive odors, messes and damages will incur additional fees on case by case basis.GAS: Please fill up the gas tank before returning the RV. No time? No problem, we will do it but we charge a $50 service fee + cost of gas.
Propane: Please fill up propane tanks before returning the RV. Alternatively, we can take care of it for you for $50 service fee + cost of propane.$100 Pet fee for the well-behaved, potty trained dogs only. Due to allergies, we cannot allow cats in our RV. Please keep your dogs off dinette, recliners, and cab seats. Any costs to repair/clean pet damage/urine/poop stains will be deducted from security deposit. Dogs cannot be left alone inside the RV. Please follow individual camp site rules regarding dogs.$100 waste tank dump - Please empty black and gray tanks per instructions before returning the RV. If you'd like us to take care of that, there will be a $100 fee. 5Lam was amazing to work with. Her RV was immaculate and free of any issues. She provided detailed instructions on everything, plus a 3-ring binder for common questions on the RV systems. We travelled to Nehalem Bay in Oregon so really appreciated the RV on rainy days. It was easy to drive and has cameras everywhere for safe lane changes. I highly recommend renting from Lam!

5This was our family's first time renting an RV, and Lam and David were fantastic hosts! They patiently walked me through all the ins and outs so that I felt like a pro by the time we hit the road. The RV is immaculate and has all the amenities one could ask for - especially if you have little ones. Lam has the rig stocked with essentials and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. If you forgot to bring something yourself, chances are it's in there. We loved the trip and appreciate that great owners share their awesome RVs with others to enjoy and make memories! Will be back!
