The camper was great - clean and as described! Everything worked well, and drop off and setup were great! Please be aware for your own planning that linens are NOT included. I've never rented an RV, and while linens aren't on the "what's included" list, it's also not called out anywhere and it didn't occur to me they've not be included. Fortunately, our specific situation allowed us to easily address this, and it was not a problem, but had we not been staying on my family's property, this would have been a huge logistical gap. Other than that, Kevin was friendly, once I was able to get in touch with him (our trip started Dec 26, so I recognize that the holiday timing likely created some distractions in proactive communication). All that said, I'd rent this RV and work with Kevin again!

The van was very easy to drive and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Pick up was easy, Kayla explained all the workings of the van. The bed was super comfortable. Drop off was also easy. I have to mention I was surprised what great gas mileage the van got. We had a great time!!
