There are also many pull-thru sites at ‘Elite Resorts At Salt Springs,' meaning any sized rig is welcome.
Exploring The Area
The city of Ocala is only a few miles from Lake Kerr and offers campers a number of day trip opportunities right on the doorstep. Gypsy Gold Farm, just outside the city, is a fantastic and peaceful day out for the whole family. The farm is home to a range of rare Vana breed horses paddocked and roaming free. Join a tour from one of the owners who allow visitors to learn about the caring of these animals of a forty-acre site. Set in the picturesque land south of Ocala, this is must-visit for lovers of horses and the countryside.
