Kayla was AWESOME!!! Explained everything - detailed videos for backup - I was very confident about all the new systems. Van was very clean, looked exactly like the photos/videos, and had all the things I would need for my first van camping trip. I am DEFINITELY renting LIEM for my next Florida vancation!!!!
