Setup, communication, RV description very accurate. Instruction book was extremely helpful! Very organized! We had a small problem with the loo and they actually came out and fixed it. Wonderful people to work with. The RV is so comfortable and welcoming! As described they had the setup just like a hotel it was ready to go, all we needed to bring was our clothes and food. The owners truly thought of everything. The RV was completely set up and ready when we arrived, including a huge outdoor rug — and if you know camping, you know that’s an absolute luxury. They provided comfortable rocking chairs and even had tiki torches set up for us to enjoy at night, which made the whole experience feel extra relaxing and welcoming.
