Rules No smoking or pets. No festivals unless pre-arranged. The RV must be returned in reasonably clean condition, with no trash, sand or mud inside or out. If returned dirty renter will be charged $50 / Hour for cleaning. Renter must dump tanks and refill gas, propane and portable water prior to returning to avoid additional fees, unless it has been pre-arranged for us to do this for you. If you must return the rental BEFORE the original rental return date there will be a 50% fee on the refund of your unused days. No climbing on the roof and renter must use septic safe toilet paper. The RV is available for pick up between 12 pm-3 pm day of the rental. The RV comes with pots, pans, cups, utensils, coffee pot, small charcoal bbq, and sheets (no blankets). These are free to use so you don't spend lots of time packing up for your trip. There will be a fee of $25 removed from deposit if dishes come back dirty. Sheets can be left on the beds and will be washed for free for the next renter. These motor homes are well maintained and will give many families great trips. We ask that you treat it with respect and make sure to return it in the same condition it was given to you. Things to know #1 Have fun and know that your going to always be behind your minds schedule. Slowdown because you will get there when you get there. Enjoy the trip and know that what ever happens is part of the adventure. #2 Don't use regular toilet paper in the RV, must use septic safe toilet paper or RV toilet paper. Renter will be charged extra for un-clogging tanks if this rule is not followed. #3 If camping in below freezing temperatures, customer must use tank heaters to make sure tanks don't freeze. Renter is responsible for any damage. #4 Renter must notify owner if anything stops working during rental, must call owner asap if anything is wrong with the drive train or if check engine light comes on. Customer will be held responsible for any damages arising from misuse during rental. #5
