Unlimited miles is a huge $$$ saver and takes one big variable out of the calculation. Others charge per mile, making the renter second guess their routes, and perhaps not take extra excursions for fear of escalating expense. Avoid all of that with included unlimited miles. Our Motorcoach is a 39ft Diesel Pusher which is a BIG advantage over other gasoline Class A's. It's quiet and gets better mileage (up to 10 mpg) and handles the mountains much better. With 4 Big Slides our motorcoach opens up with considerable living space. We love its ease of driving and great visibility. The video cameras on each side and at the rear make for safe lane changes and easy maneuvering into campsites. Our Motorcoach has approximate 7ft interior height, so no need to duck your head. It has a luxurious queen bed and two bunk beds. The dining table converts into a full size bed. There is also a sleeper sofa for two. For more places, blowup mattresses can be utilized where floor space permits. There is a large refrigerator/freezer and an extra downstairs freezer/refrigerator. It has a Onan 8KW diesel generator running off of the main diesel tank that make boon-docking easy. There are six large storage compartments for stowing kayaks, and other camping gear. A bike rack can be added with deposit and charge. The kitchen is setup with cookware. Paper plates is best. You’ll need shower supplies (shampoo and soap).Note: This is a family friendly Motorcoach. Smoking AND/OR Cats are NOT allowed because of family allergies. Please do not rent this Motorcoach if you intend to smoke inside or outside. Dogs are allowed with pet fees. Also, class A RV or large truck driving experience or commercial driving license is recommended, but not required. Rving Experience IS A Must.Renting this motor home is similar to renting other large equipment (skid steer, front-end loader, tractors, etc.) where the assumption is that the renter is familiar, well versed, and experienced in the general operation of this class RV.If you have any questions, we are glad to answer them for you. If you have special requests, let us know and we will try to accommodate them when possible. We do offer extended stay discounts. We look forward to hearing from you and making your adventure a reality.
What's includedNote: Bedding and Towels are available on request.Sleeping are as follows:
-Master queen with thick pillow top mattress = sleeps 2 full size adults
-2 bunks with mattress topper = sleeps 2 adults or children
-Sleeper couch = sleeps 2 adults
-Converted dining room table = sleeps 2 children or small 1 teenager
-Two twin blow up mattresses for the floor = sleeps 2 adults. Granted this is a real squeeze and takes up the floor space.
Included: Camp chairs, long gun safe, cleaning supplies, broom, toilet paper, paper towels, cooking pans, cappuccino maker, wi-fi, PS3, outdoor gas grill, coffee mugs, some various keurig coffees, etc. you supply the food, drink and fun :)***NOTE: BECAUSE OF CORONA VIRUS CONCERNS LINENS/TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED WITH RENTAL BUT WILL BE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST***Some tips:
- before retracting the slides, sweep and do all your cleaning before you close up.
- after final clean put all dirty towels and sheets in shower.
-consider a propane refill at the campsite before you leave.
-check for a dump station at the truck stops and dump while filling up on your way home near drop off.
-use the hand siphon to refill the DEF while topping off diesel ( if there is not a station for DEF when you refill).
-pick a local truck wash to hit on your way back near drop off. Or hand wash :)
-there is a dump station at the Army Corp park near my house. $4 to visit. Takes about 30 minutes if there is no line.
RecommendationsWe've traveled to races with our Motorcoach and it cannot be beat for convenience. We park at the race site and wake up rested and ready to race. Its been great for Track and Cross Country meets. Lately we've traveled to triathlons and park at the race site. Last minute gear changes, bathroom breaks, snacks and clothing changes are quick and easy. Afterwards, its so nice to take a quick shower (like the Pros) and go to the awards ceremony or get on the road. Everything is packed ready to go within a few minutes. Heck, several have even showered while I'm driving. We've taken some great family trips to Yellowstone, the Grand Tetons, Moab, Durango, the Maroon Bells near Aspen, the Petrified Forest, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Salt Lake City, Lake Tahoe, Carlsbad Caverns, The Biosphere 2, Angel Fire and Taos, Austin, Seaside in Florida, Dauphin Island in Alabama and many shorter trips. We've Boon-docked overnight at race sites in the parking lot. Usually we tow our truck (pictured) to get around at our destination, but some have suggested just renting a car once you arrive at the destination.Having the Motorcoach at outdoor events is great for taking a break and getting out of the sun and heat as well as making food and having drinks available. It is a true luxury. Its also very convenient to have food prepared while driving. With the Motorcoach, meals are healthy and quick. And, we don't have to stop for fast food or restroom breaks. Come and try it out.Moab is great with lots of stuff to do- Highly recommended. Destin is great if you love the beach. Edisto Beach near Charleston was beautiful. The Luxury RV Park in Vegas is top notch. Lake Tahoe is awesome with lots of stuff to do. Angel Fire RV Resort is well designed and top notch. Yellowstone National Park is soooo big. Pick one area to camp near, I suggest north side, and enjoy. Overnighting at Rest Areas and Truck stops are easy places to stop for the night when you are tired. If you set it up right, waking early in the AM with slides closed to get started covers miles during the easiest driving of the day. Here is link #1 for information on our RVhttps://docs.google.com/document/d/1j_7Nn2Z-hj1ToX30PDHoKy2OTzwYa5ZogLG06tEvKRI/edit?usp=sharingHere is link #2:https://docs.google.com/document/d/1gSmqcaLvcGTbQFrsoKvbfEatJi5XyYvnhSCfKp2K_tU/edit?usp=sharingI'm still working on them and hope to have pictures to go along with the text.Other things to noteConsider the following when planning out your trip:
1) Strive for approximately 450-550 miles/day.
2) Drive early in the day so that when you arrive at your destination, you and your party can get out and explore.
3) Clean up each time before closing the slides for travel.
4) Clean the windshield every time you fill up with diesel. (Extension and squeegee in front passenger compartment outside if needed).
5) only drive when you are well rested.
6) reach out and ask if you have questions.
7) Getting there is part of the vacation, so pick scenic routes.
8) Use the Outdoorsy messaging to contact us.
9) If you want to add more days contact us and Outdoorsy ASAP. We will try to accommodate you when possible.
10) Choose 50Amp service campsites when possible. 30Amp may be okay too but not preferred.
11) Upgrade your insurance for comprehensive coverage of everything inside/out.
12) Report broken items/problems ASAP. Surprising us at the end :( may result in a surprise for you too :(
13) Expect that there may be a hiccup or two along the way. We will work hard to assist you as much as possible. Its RVing and so we expect things to happen.
Allow several hours for final cleaning, washing, refilling, dumping, etc.***UPDATE. PLEASE READ COMPLETELY***

***PLEASE READ COMPLETELY*** Thanks again for checking us out. This is a huge home on wheels and its our home so bear with me while we discuss some rules to keep you safe and the Motorhome safe. :)) ***Please, if you're looking at this motorhome, make sure you've got either experience driving a Class A RV or commercial truck driving experience and feel comfortable driving this Motorcoach.*** ***Please only consider this rental if you have experience RVing and/or camping. There is too much orientation for Newbies. Recalling and using this information on your trip can be overwhelming*** I'm not to saying that it cannot be done. Watch some videos, read some blogs about RVing before your first time. Realize you will have to be extremely motivated and on your "A game" during your trip with less driving experience under your belt. It can be very stressful without experience. Without prior experience, you may be overwhelmed and that's when things can go bad for you and your family. If you do plan to go forward with renting our motorhome, be prepared to go on a drive beforehand. And, please don't be offended if I ask you questions about your RVing experience. The more forthcoming you are, the better. We will work with you to be successful and safe on your endeavor. I'd recommend even renting our motorhome for a short weekend trip to get up to speed on the systems, before taking a long trip. Realize that when you buy an RV, often times, they let you spend the night at their camping facility setting up and tearing down and using the RV. They have people around to assist you with all the workings and orientation is spread out over a few days. ***Bring someone with you to pickup and orientation. We go through a lot of stuff and it helps to have the extra brain there.*** I hate to have too many rules, but here are some non-negotiable ones. 1) NO SMOKING (VAPING OR INCENSE BURNING) IN OR AROUND THE MOTORHOME. We don’t travel as much as we used to and so our Motorhome sits, stored a lot. I’ve found that when we rent our motorhome, we get to hear of the great adventures in our Motorhome. Our renters have a great experience and some go on to buying their own. We’ve met such great families and lived vicariously through their trips. They’ve shared awesome pictures with us and we enjoyed it so much.
