We are new to RVing ourselves and we are so grateful we choose this one to be ours! It’s easy to use and big enough for the whole family!! We’ve had good experience with all of our renters as well! It easily sleeps 6 but could potentially sleep 8 with the 4 beds. The Queen sized bed is the master bed, the king sized bed is the bed above the driver. The fold out sofa is about a full sized bed and the table conversion is about the same.
It has plenty of storage space underneath along with plenty inside the RV. This RV has been as far as New York and Florida. We are very flexible with our pick up and drop off times as we understand that time management can be difficult when trying to plan a vacation for the whole family!
What's includedTo help a faster turn around and ensure cleanliness, we do not include dishes or linen. Other things to noteNo pets due to allergies of our own family and other possible renters that could have allergies as well.

Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

Open to a flexible schedule for renters as long as it's within the same day.

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

This unit is fairly simple to hook up once you are at the site. It's as simple as hooking up the water hose, dropping the sewage line provided and connecting the electrical from the RV to the site. There are options for travelling on the road as well. You can fill up the fresh water tank for on the road travel or with no option for hookup when you get to your destination. You can run the generator for electric. No hookup is needed for on the road travel! The beauty of the class C RV!

We bought this RV to be able to get up and go. This has given us the ability to do that and with kids it makes travelling so much easier! We truly enjoy the luxury of having this to camp or just drive it to see family. I have been an old school camper with a tent since I was a kid so this makes for a much different and relaxing experience.
