2022 Airstream Basecamp 20X
Basecamp 20X is a 20ft interior camper that sleeps 2 adults and 2 children comfortably.
The unit has a refrigerator, microwave, stove, sink and shower/toilet combo.
Two dining areas that convert to sleeping areas so you can leave one as a bed the whole time you are camping and still have a dining area available.
The unit has air-conditioning, tankless on demand hot water, furnace and solar for boon docking (solar power will run the fans, refrigerator and water pump from the 23 gallon fresh water tank). Air conditioner requires 30 amp shore power or a 4000 watt generator connected to the camper.
The unit has an external shower, external propane connection and an external solar panel connection port for additional panels.
Two propane tanks will provide enough propane for weeks of off grid camping and the camper is well insulated and provides for quiet nights of sleeping.
Towing specs are 3700lbs dry weight and a maximum 4300 (Gvwr) (lbs.) maximum interior storage of 600lbs/net carrying capacity. This camper has a lot of storage space.
The camper can be pulled with an SUV that meets the towing capacity requirements and the SUV Must have a trailer brake system installed or included in the towing vehicle. The towing hitch Must have a ball size of 2 5/16 inches if you do not have one I will provide one at no charge.
If you would like, I will deliver the camper to your site and set it up, come to your site and pack it up when you are done and drain the tanks, fees are negotiable based on distance to your destination.
The aerodynamic design of this camper makes it easy to tow and reduces wind resistance.
Experienced campers or new campers are welcome, NO Pets please.

Paper plates and bowls, garbage bags, RV toilet paper, fresh water hose, extension cord and toilet pods for the black tank are included.
The camper does not have an attached awning.
Camping chairs, linens, cooking utensils and Easy up are available upon request.
Other things to note
All I ask is you return the camper in the same condition as you receive it.
I will provide complete instruction on the operation and safety of the camper along with check lists for set up and tear down. I will provide a complete check out and check in process with same day return of security deposits. (your credit card company may take a few days to process the release).

Prefer notice at time of booking, location of drop off and time with camp site number and contact name and phone number.
For return pick up time and renter must be present to check in/return RV.
