Review summary

Communication inconsistent, often delayed
Reviewers noted difficulty reaching host by phone during trips, with responses limited to random texts. Initial pickup coordination also showed internal team confusion.
Drives reliably, good fuel economy
The RV drives safely and efficiently for its size, offering spacious accommodation and working amenities when connected to power. However, it has recurring CO/LP alarm issues, a weak house battery, and several broken interior fixtures.

5.0We traveled with 2 adults and four of our 6’5” children on a 2600 mile one week trip. We had a great trip and having space and power for devices made for a great travel experience. The RV is not new but it is in fair overall condition. It drove well without issues. We did have trouble with minor things, a few of the window shades had issues, the 12 volt house battery did not last long so we had to start the engine wait a few minutes, start the generator and then extend or pull in the side wall. The door to the main bedroom was jammed and I could never get it to close -so no real privacy. I had trouble starting the water heater but that may have been because of the house battery. The awning was torn at the leading end and the system was damaged -by an earlier user so we did not use it. Once we were at a site and plugged in everything worked well air conditioning cooled, lights, conv microwave, water systems worked well. and once the generator was on everything worked well even if we were driving. The refrigerator freezer was good sized, and switched automatically from shore power to propane. Ice cream stayed frozen the whole trip. I assume the house battery caused the control system to to shut down. So we did not know how much liquid was in any tank. For us it was not an issue. We did not use the water systems extensively and I just dumped the gray and black tanks when we left the camp sites. I would certainly rent this again if we need a RV. It was a fantastic deal for the price. Both Jamal and his Dad were great to work with in person. Communication was a challenge, but worked out. Jamal and his son both appear to have jobs where they cannot access their cell phones during the day. The RV was clean, and they offered to provide sheets and towels. The convection microwave was great for cooking or heating up food, the propane and induction stove worked well. There was plenty of outside storage for my portable propane grill, a small folding table and six camp chairs. There were storage compartments outside we never used. Biggest complaint is the CO/propane monitor located under the seating area bench. The alarm activated several times per day. Also in the middle of the night. The owner said it was sensitive to perfume and other fragrances. We were visiting a drained who could not tolerate any smells so no one brought anything like that. We placed a fan to blow air at the sensor and it seemed to reduce false alarms. There were four TV screens but we only used the large one in the main room. Bring 10” fan or two to help move air around. I give the RV 5 stars when considering the price. It’s not in perfect shape but the issues did not seriously hinder our vacation and the price an 0 mileage costs made up for a lot.

5.0We traveled over 1700 miles with no issues at all. Rv is in generally good condition, we needed reliability as we used it for only traveling purposes & it got us from point a to b safely. Host was late upon delivery & pickup which didn’t affect our timeline as we booked a day in advance & a day following arrival. However the host was kind & knowledgeable. Would book again, thank you for trusting us with your RV!

4.0Pretty good first experience in an RV but lots of lessons learned. The RV itself was newish, spacious and pretty clean! Plenty of room to spread out and the hot shower a plus… once we figured it out. Host did good showing us the details before we left. Here’s the details with this RV Challenges and Issues 1. information in the listing was not completely accurate. Accuracy would have been helpful to avoid overpacking on some things like pots and pan. 2. Communication was the biggest challenge. Even through the app had a hard time relaying information to make sure we were good. When we were on the road after picking up the RV the host never answered his phone when we needed help, it was only text at random. I had agreed with the host via outdoorsy chat of a pickup arrival window between 830a-10a. We arrive towards the end of the arrival window meeting someone other than the host greeting us, who said he was waiting for an hour and a half. Turns out the son chatted via outdoorsy and the father met us but was unaware of the ‘window’. Just an hour in a loud alarm started going off. We had to pull over and spent 25 minutes trying to figure it out while not getting the host on the phone for help. Turns out it was the CO/LP alarm that kept going off intermittently the entire trip regardless of what we tried to reduce potential of fumes getting inside. 3. Most all the window blinds were broken in the down position, took a lot of creativity to keep them up. 4. First time using the sink the water compression fitting to the faucet popped off causing water to spray under the sink. Had I not had working knowledge of plumbing we would have been out of a kitchen sink the entire time. Again, took care of this on our own without assistance from the host from lack of response. 5. RV had no tire blocks(there were lifting blocks) or water pressure regulator. Things that would be very helpful to know about. Overall, fun experience but not enough help.
