Enjoy "Glamping" with our 31ft hotel on wheels! Sleeps a max of 8 people (1 queen bed in private master, 2 full beds and pull out sofa). Over all length from tongue to back is 34 feet. Fits 2 seat Razor/Canam and fits 4 seat Razor.We love taking our hauler out with our family and you will too! Please be mindful and read the policies below.What's included-Kitchen has fill amenities such as pans/pots, Keurig, dishes, toaster, etc.
-Plenty of DVD movies/family friendly.RecommendationsTrailer weighs 9500 lbs dry, 3/4 ton truck required. Trailer brakes are absolutely required.Other things to notePlease read the following

-Break Controller IS Required ON Vehicle
If not available you will not be able to take it. Loss of rental. No refund given.
-2” Receiver Adapter Needed
-There is Absolutely NO SMOKING in my hauler, if smoke is detected you will be charged.
- Late arrival/drop off will be 40 per hour.
-Cleaning fee: if you are taking my rig to the desert please note there will be an added charge of $100.Tanks: There is absolutely NO toilet paper allowed in tanks. Note, if toilet paper is detected in tanks then a mandatory fee will be added. RV toilet paper ONLY!!Dumping is MANDATORY prior to returning or $150 charge will be added.Propane: Onboard, we have (2) 5lb tanks. Propane tanks will be full at the beginning of the rental. Propane tank fee will be mandatory.***MY Trailer IS NOT Allowed TO Leave CALIFORNIA AND/OR Cross THE Border Unless Otherwise Agreed Upon. IF Illegal Substances ARE Found, Deposit Will BE Forfeited***Please also note- we do NOT accept beach dunes camping.
