- make sure that a 40’+ camper can get to and fit in the site.
- Full Hook UP Sites are required (50 amp power service, water & waste)

- Bedding & Towels (sheets, pillow cases, blankets and 6 towels)

We rented Brad's RV and we had a wonderful experience. This was our very first camping trip in an RV. We have two boys ages 10 and 13, both of which thoroughly enjoyed the experience and we will definitely be doing this again in the near future. We did have a funny situation when we arrived where I went to grab our things to load in the RV and left my 10-year-old inside the RV. The door to the RV was still in the lock mode so it locked from the outside when I shut the door. I attempted to open the door and of course, it wouldn't open because it was still technically locked. My son could not figure out how to unlock and open the door. The great part is we did not panic. I called Brad (we both laughed about the situation I was in) and sent him a picture of the door from the inside (thankfully my son had his iPhone with him inside the RV) and Brad walked us through what lever to pull and eventually my son unlocked the door. Moral of the story... make sure you completely unlock the door before you close it and always keep the keys with you. LOL! I would most definitely recommend Brad's RV. He was a great host by all accounts! He delivered and picked up the RV for us which was such an amazing benefit for a first-time renter.
