Jill was very responsive to the questions i asked and even sent reminders to help us prepare for our trip. The Jayco toy hauler exceeded our expectations and was easy to tow with our Tahoe (make sure you have a brake controller installed on your tow vehicle). Some of the impressive features of the trailer were the deck patio, spacious shower, comfy beds, and the weight distribution hitch. We would definitely rent this trailer again!

Jill was very accommodating as we made a last minute reservation and she had the unit ready within a few hours. Unit was just as described and having the back patio with a screen to enjoy the fresh pine air of Flagstaff was great feature. Unit was easy to tow with half ton pickup and we highly recommend Jill's RV.
