5.0We had a great three day trip with our kids and dog. The motorhome handled the mountainous Arizona terrain with ease and had plenty of power throughout the drive. The host was very communicative from start to finish and had everything set up so we were fully prepared for the trip. The queen sleeper was very comfortable, and there was more than enough space to accommodate our kids. The RV had a lot of thoughtful features and plenty of storage, which made the trip easy and enjoyable. Overall, it was a smooth experience and we would definitely rent again.

3.0Communication with the owners was great from start to finish. They were responsive, answered questions quickly, and were genuinely helpful throughout the rental process. The RV is in nice condition overall, but the generator and refrigerator were not functioning properly. We were informed of these issues only one day before our trip and given the option to cancel. Unfortunately, that wasn’t realistic since we had already prepaid for events and accommodations. To their credit, the owners arranged and paid for a technician to inspect the generator during our trip, which we appreciated. However, we were told it doesn’t perform well in hot weather. Since we were traveling in the summer, this meant little to no air conditioning when we needed it most, making the trip far less comfortable. After returning home, we saw a previous review mentioning similar generator issues months earlier. If this was ongoing, we believe it should have been disclosed sooner so we could have made a more informed decision. Overall, it’s unfortunate this issue had such a significant impact. If traveling in summer or relying on AC, we recommend confirming the generator has been fully repaired before booking

5.0The host was able to accommodate me very last minute thankfully I was able to go on my trip. The RV was a lot nicer than the previous one I had. There was a welcome package, that made the kids very happy. Everything was clean ready to use. The RV was spacious enough for two adults and 4 kids. We had a trouble with the generator due to the heat, it was just too hot . but the host met up with us quickly to provide us a second one as a back up since we would be in the middle of the desert.
