Life is Short, Livit Outdoors in our Brand NEW 2021 Keystone 318BR Hideout 32’ camper perfect for a Large family, or two couples with a Queen bed, 3 bunk beds in the back room, 2 sofa beds in back room and a dinette and fold out couch that convert to beds.
This is not a base model and comes with all the features you will need or want such as 18’ electric awning with led lights, 4 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, ac and heater, hot and cold water ran off propane, dinette table turns into bed and couch turns into a full size bed. Includes a 32" TV with a Firestick and antenna which provides HD channels for the TV. 1 TV in living room, 1 in master bedroom and 1 in bunk room. Camper also has onboard water storage if you are boon-docking or camping without hookups as well as waste tanks. Outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, two burner stove and a sink. Also has an outdoor shower with hot and cold water which is perfect for rinsing off sand from the beach or dirt and mud from the kids playing outdoors.

Recommendations
We are a couple miles from the stick marsh and Headwater lakes in Indian River County, which is known to be the some of the best bass Fishing in the state. We also have a full hookup site available within 1 mile of the stick marsh available for $45 a night but message me for availability before making a booking request on here.
We also allow camping on our private 3-acre wood lot which backs up to thousands of acres of rideable land.
Disney’s Fort wilderness campground, West Gate River Ranch, Sebastian Inlet State Park sometimes called long point park. Jetty Park, and many of the springs around the area such as blue springs, Wakiva springs, the Florida Caverns, Lake Okeechobee, Osceola County, Lake Wales, Polk County, Lake Kissimmee State park,the Everglades, and our favorite of all, the Florida Keys. Islamorada and Big Pine are some of our favorite to camp at with the family.
Other things to note
No pets allowed, Smoking prohibited. Including vapes, whether medical cannabis or not. You will forfeit the entire deposit if so. Please empty waste tanks before returning. $100 fee to have us empty
Must have substantial experience to tow unit.
Before and after every rental, we sweep and mop entire unit, wipe all surfaces with disinfectant cleaner, Lysol all surfaces, wash all linens with hot water and air out the unit with fresh air. We run a dehumidifier constantly to prevent mildew and mold. We also provide hand sanitizer for units

Hello and thanks for checking out our campers. We are Rachel and Tom and we have 2 teenage daughters and a 5 year old son. We also have 3 dogs, a cat, 3 horses, a donkey named Loretta and a pig named Chubby. We love to go hunting, fishing, camping and anything outdoors. We know that Life is too Short and people should Livit Outdoors instead of being tied to electronics all day. Our favorite vacation spot is the Florida Keys but we plan to explore the country as much as we can. We hope to share our camper with your family so you too can make some great memories.

-no cutting meat or vegetables on countertops, use provided cutting board
-Use awning at your own risk. Awning is not designed for wind or rain so please stow away before bed and before storms approach. Also ensure front door is not blocking awning arm or it will break.
-Clean all dishes and utensils and stow away as you received them before returning

Great experience renting from Tom & Rachel! The RV was brand new, clean & spacious! At pick up, Rachel explained everything to us (set up, specs, etc) and made things super easy! We had a great time and would definitely rent from them again.
