Our Class A has all the amenities of home, wherever you want to roam.
Electric bunk in the front, dinette suitable for sleeping children, and comfy master bedroom mattress make this RV a great fit for a small family looking to get away for a bit. Sofa has been replaced with two comfy recliners
Shower, toilet with bidet, and both oven/stove combo in the RV, as well as a propane grill outside (you provide disposable propane bottle available at Walmart.)
We have basic linens, utensils, plates/cups and most things you'll need for a camping trip.
Several camp chairs, a folding table, a small pellet firepit (you provide pellets), and a large mat for a "patio" are also included.
Gas RV, and has been upgraded with sumo springs front and rear. Has jack pads on the levelling system for more stability. Propane heat, gasoline generator capable of powering the entire RV if needed. 50 Amp service, water hookups, and black tank flush.
Hitch carrier available for additional luggage storage at request.
In addition to televisions and a DVD player, we have in the bedroom a Nintendo Snes classic.
There is a Supplemental Renters agreement for this Unit that must be signed before you take possession.
You must return the RV with a clean interior and empty black and gray tanks. Clean means as you received it or better as shown on the condition acknowledgement. If you return the RV Dirty, you agree to pay a 150 dollar cleaning fee. Things like glitter, silly string, hair color, nail polish, etc can cause a lot of damage and should not be used in the RV.
Delivery/setup/teardown available at extra charge.(150 plus 5.50 per mile)
Linens, camping chairs, a propane stove (you provide small disposable bottle from walmart), a fire pit (you provide pellets), and basic cookware/utensils and plates/cups/silverware. Vacuum provided for cleanup.
Trips to the coast, or Broken Bow, are always a great time!
Minimum renter age of 25
No pets allowed
No smoking allowed
Training: Before the start of your trip, it is required to complete a pre-rental orientation of the RV. This orientation will take about 1-2 hours, plan accordingly
No Dry camping, off-roading allowed.
Campground Reservations: We are not responsible for campground reservations – including cancelations for COVID. All campground reservations must be made separately from your reservation with us
We DO allow the usage of the exterior awning, but advise using caution! This is for your own protection, because they are NOT COVERED by insurance and they are very expensive to repair or replace
