1. I ask that the renter be responsible for flat tires. The tires are in good shape, and I have no control over where people drive it.
2. Please reimburse for heavy usage of propane or generator gas. I am not concerned with low usage.Please note that due to many reservations and short turn around times in between, there is a possibility that something minor in the trailer may be broken during your rental. I try to fix items that get damaged as fast as possible, but sometimes I have to wait for a part to arrive or do not have time in between reservations to make the repair. Rest assured, I will always be straightforward about any broken items and let you know what (if anything) is not currently working.
