Huge powered awning, Center island kitchen, and the comfort of an electronic fireplace on those cool evenings. Fully centralized AC and ducted heat. The addition of a second ac unit, exclusive to the master bedroom area, really keeps things comfortable. A three buner gas range with small oven, microwave, digital TV, satelite hookup. Also included in this rental is an outdoor gas griddle. This RV has an actual dining table and chairs. Large TV and onboard radio. Toaster and an air fryer are included.What's includedFresh linens are supplied with each rental. Remote WiFi is available. Delivery & setup is available. A "make ready charge" in addition to the rental, is mandatory, and includes: cleaning, stocking of toiletries, topping off propane and if requested, filling freshwater tank. Dishes, pots, pans, cooking seasonings, paper plates, silverware, the beloved red solo's, are included. We have included 4 folding camp chairs in this rental and a pit boss pellet grill option is also available, with pellets and utensils.RecommendationsCampers of 3 to 4 is what this unit is designed for and will be the most comfortable.Other things to noteNo smoking in unit. All items shipped with the unit, excepting consummables, i.e. paper plates, plastic cups, etc. must be returned. Minimum rental duration is 3 days per reservation. A $500.00 refundable deposit is mandatory. Delivery to your destination is an additional $150.00 and includes recovery within 50 miles of pickup. If the awning is left out in a wind as is damaged, it will cost the renter $3,500.00 to replace.

We had a great weekend trip camping on Lake Livingston with our 3 young children. My wife and I really like the layout of this travel trailer with the king bed and large fold out couch. Jacob was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had, also, he was really accommodating with the pick up and drop off times which made for a stress free trip. I would highly recommend this rental.
