Although there is no horsepower restriction enforced on Kinkaid Lake, boaters are asked to abide by the ‘no-wake zones’ as well as the strictly enforced 50mph speed limit.

RV camping at Kinkaid Lake is possible at the Johnson Creek Recreational Area. Campers that enjoy going back to basics will love setting up camp with their RV rental at one of these primitive camping spots. Organized into three loops, visitors can choose between forested or more open sites, all of which have prime access to the lake. Other than a nearby dump station and pit toilets, facilities here are few and far between.
