One of the main features of Lincoln Trail State Park is Lincoln Trail Lake, which stretches for over 140 acres across the Illinois countryside. The lake's many fingers mean there are over seven miles of shoreline to explore. This lake is ideal for small boats, and boat and dock rentals are available from concession stands. Anglers will love Lincoln Trail Lake, too, and there's a wide array of fish up for grabs, including sunfish, crappie, catfish, and more.
Camping at Lincoln Trail State Park
Lincoln Trail State Park campers will have access to some beautiful natural areas which will make this a unique RV camping experience. There are over 150 campsites scattered across the park, located either by the lake or in the forest. Each campsite has 30/50 amp electric hookups. Water and sewer hookups are unavailable; however, water hydrants, dump stations, and toilets are open to campers.
