We have rented trailers before with other apps as well as through Outdoorsy and this time was the best experience we have ever had.
It started with the excellent communication with our Host Melissa and Brian.
Melissa was prompt with responses from all of our messages from requesting information before renting to our pick up all the way through the final return.
Brian was patient and took his time explaining everything on pick up and wanted to make sure that we had a great experience with the trailer.

Fantastic camper for my trip. Krysty was great to work with. Camper was clean and ready to go when I picked it up. My receiver ball was too small, but they provided a receiver with the correct ball size. Trailer is easy to tow and get set up. This was my first hard shell camper that I rented and it was a lot quieter inside than the pop-up or hybrid campers I’ve rented in the past. Overall, everything worked out very well and I’d definitely consider renting the camper again.
