"Happy Scamper" the 16' Scamp is the cozy camp-side retreat that would love to be a part of your next weekender - or longer! It is a full fiberglass, lightweight, easy-to-tow, easy-to-setup, four season, fun little camper. Kitchenette with propane range, 3-way refrigerator, large dining area that turns into a "full" sized bed and a sofa that turns into bunk beds (bunks are better suited for children, but small teenagers and adults can sleep there as well.). We have a solar panel on the roof that helps make sure you don't run out of power on those longer trips off the grid. The trailer comes in around 1900lbs, making it easy on most tow vehicles. It has electric brakes that can be used with a 7 pin trailer plug. It uses a 2" hitch ball that can be included if you do not have one. What's includedFresh Water Tank

Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

If we coordinate ahead of time we can be flexible and arrange for pickup anytime of the day. Normally during the week anytime before 8am and after 4pm will always be available. On the weekend we would be able to do anytime. For dropping off the RV we ask that you bring it back before 6pm, anytime after that we may charge an additional half day.

Q.

What can be used in the Scamp when dry camping?

A.

Inside the majority of the lights run off the 12v battery which is charge by the solar panel on the roof. Inside we also have 12v plugs that can be used to charge different devices. The fridge and stove can be run off the 20lb propane tank. The heater uses both propane and the battery to power the heat and fan. There is also a fresh water tank that can be filled and water can be used in the sink with the hand pump faucet.

We love taking our Happy Scamper to as many state parks in Washington as we can. We enjoy everything about spending time in the outdoors and hope our Scamp can help other families experience that too!
