You will need to rent the parking location for the RV and ensure that the location has electricity, water, and sewage at the site.

Yes, I recommend you procure a site that has electricity, water, and sewage. Otherwise, you will not be able to use the full amenities of the trailer such as the sink, the shower, and the toilet. :)
