5.0This was our first RV experience and we couldn't have asked for a better introduction! The team was prompt with delivery and took real time walking us through everything — no question was too small, and we felt completely comfortable and prepared before they left. Our two boys absolutely loved it. They thought the whole setup was the coolest thing ever, which honestly made the whole trip. Everything we needed worked great, and having the RV delivered right to our campsite made the whole experience seamless. We'll definitely be renting again. Highly recommend to anyone — especially families considering their first RV trip!

It was so nice to be able to come back to the campsite after a long day outdoors and be able to sit inside the RV and hang out! Katherine was great to deal with and always responded quickly to my questions. I brought 8 girls with me, and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the comforts of having an RV, instead of cramming into a tent in freezing weather! Thank you, Katherine!

5.0We have rented an RV from K and M previously and I’ve always been very satisfied. This time due to changes in the Disney regulations we had to pick up the RV 2 miles away from the Fort Wilderness campgrounds. Fortunately my car could tow the required weight and I had a tow hitch I met K and M in a nearby parking lot where he provided a lot of help and advice, we simply hitched up the travel travel to my car and made the easy 2 mile journey to Fort wilderness. Check in process is easy and set up was made very easy due to the videos K and M had created to help with set up. It is simply a matter of plugging in the electricity attaching the hose pipe for freshwater and the pipes for the wastewater to the drains provided by Fort wilderness. The inside of the travel trailer was very well provided with a coffee maker waffle maker for Disney characters and an outside refrigerator for storing cold beverages. We had a wonderful time at Fort wilderness with lots of room for five and a dog in the travel trainer and we were very comfortable throughout the period. Leaving the campground was very easy after disconnecting the hose and electricity and flushing the waste water assembly had to hitch up with the jacks and drive back out 2 miles to meet K and to switch out the RV. I would thoroughly recommend K and M, as a great local business to rent your RV through, you couldn’t meet more genuine people.
