Meet our Grand Design Momentum Toy Hauler, a spacious 40‑foot luxury rig built for families, adventure seekers, and anyone who wants the perfect blend of comfort and capability. With room to sleep up to 8, a massive garage for toys or extra living space, and high‑end amenities throughout, this RV is ready to elevate your next getaway. From the Rockies to the Ozarks, this rig has seen it all and created a lot of memories for our family.The RV has been modified to fit our family needs, the original master was converted into the bunk room (two RV twins) and has two closets for storage. We can add a toddler bed and pack n play available free of charge if needed. The garage was converted into the private master bedroom with a residential‑style king bed on happijac system (queen convertible dinette below). A half bath is connected to the master. There is a loft bed perfect for kids or extra guests in the living room and comfortable, large couch that can accommodate an adult for sleeping. The 13 ft. garage (fits ATVs, dirt bikes, kayaks, etc.) has a ramp door that converts into a patio deck and includes a screen wall to keep bugs out. Outside, enjoy power awnings, outdoor speakers, outdoor TV, blackstone griddle for easy outdoor cooking, and tons of under‑rig storage. The rig has two slides that are easy to use with the push of a button. Four TVs included for your entertainment (no internet included) and a small solo stove included for campfires.What's included• One king, one convertible dinette queen, 1 loft RV twin, 1 couch, bunk bed (2 RV twins)

We are an adventurous family of four that loves to travel and always up for an adventure. We sold our home in October 2020 to travel the US full time. We brought our two toddlers and chocolate lab along while we traveled many places from South Carolina to Montana. Our favorite place is Colorado, we love the mountains and hiking. We love traveling so much that we want others to have opportunities to experience the same adventures we had and are excited to rent out our 34-foot fifth wheel that we full-timed in for a while.
