This has a 16' enclosed garage in the back for all your toys, golf carts, motorcycles, bikes, scooters, etc. It has a massive 10' hang out deck that is fenced in off the back like a porch. We have floor mats, bag chairs, gravity chairs, pots and pans, plasticware and paper products. In most situations we will drive it to your destination, hook everything up and then dump everything and put it away when your done. Just show up with suitcases.
