It is mechanically sound, has new tires and a spare, and it has storage for all the necessities. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, roof AC, toilet and shower, flat-screen TV and DVD. There have been lots of minor improvements for comfort, like a new shower curtain, foam flooring, a bluetooth adapter for the stereo, and more. The rear bed sleeps up to two; there is a small front bed as well. There are two tables for entertaining. I provide pots and pans, plates and cutlery.
